2025 BYD Seal 06GT EV Sedan adopts an ocean-inspired design aesthetic, available in four exterior colors. The vehicle retains many details from the OCEAN-M concept car, including sharp-looking headlights and a three-part air intake design with a shovel-like lower bumper. The side profile of the car displays a dynamic, forward-leaning posture, accentuated by sharp lines and flush door handles. Glossy black wheels paired with red sports calipers further enhance its sporty appeal.
The rear design has a layered look and a floating roof effect, with the full-width taillights shaped into a dual "L" design on both sides. The rear bumper mirrors the styling at the front, featuring a blacked-out diffuser that reinforces the sporty aesthetic. In terms of dimensions, the car measures 4,630 mm in length, 1,880 mm in width, and 1,490 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,820 mm.
Designed by a team led by BYD's Global Design Director Wolfgang Egger, the 2025 BYD Seal 06GT uses a new ocean-inspired aesthetic, with a sporty overall style. The front end has a closed design, sharp headlights on each side, and an ocean-inspired, minimalistic look that is highly recognizable.
The 2025 BYD Seal 06GT is equipped with 21 smart driving sensors and provides L2-level assisted driving capabilities, including ACC adaptive cruise control, ICC lane navigation, ILCA lever-controlled lane change, APA automatic parking, and over 15 active intelligent safety features, such as AEB automatic emergency braking, ELKA side approach avoidance, and BSD blind spot detection.
2025 BYD Seal 06GT EV Sedan offers two interior color options: Shell White and Twilight Blue, maintaining BYD's family design style. It comes with a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument panel, a 15.6-inch adaptive rotating floating pad, a 12-inch W-HUD heads-up display, as well as a wireless charging pad and electronic gear shifter on the passenger-side dashboard. The bucket seats underscore its sporty orientation and offer front-seat ventilation and heating.
For smart driving, the car is equipped with the advanced DiLink 100 smart cockpit, supporting features like all-scenario intelligent voice control, map wallpaper, dual desktop, and 3D vehicle control. The car also includes the DiPilot intelligent driving assistance system, enabling L2-level driver assistance, such as lane navigation and automatic parking.
2025 BYD Seal 06GT EV Sedan offers both a single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive. The single-motor versions are available with either 160 kW/310 Nm or 165 kW/330 Nm. The dual-motor AWD model delivers a total power of 310 kW, achieving 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 4.9 seconds. The vehicle comes with two battery options, either 59.52 kWh or 72.96 kWh, with CLTC driving ranges of 505 km, 605 km, and 550 km, respectively.
